Fishing Experience
I have been fishing for about 22 years and started
fishing tournaments in 1996. My partner and I have
just completed our first year fishing together on
the Challenge Circuit. We won anglers of the year
in our division, thus receiving free entry in all
2000 tournaments in our respective division. Among
our achievements, we won the Lake Lewisville tournament
with a stringer weight of 20.14lbs and came in third
at Squaw Creek Lake. With our persistence to weigh-in
good stringers this year allowed us to win the Team
of the Year Title.
The year was definitely an experience with getting
married and all the responsibilities that accompany
such a life change. My wife is extremely supportive
of my bass fishing and she realizes and tries to help
me achieve goals however she can.
With the new year of 2003, I will moving forward
with some harder competition on the Bass Champs.com,
individual circuit. I will also be fishing the two
QUOIN construction tournaments and the ABC Construction
tournament. Hopefully, in the month of September,
I will be able to improve on my 35th out of 175 team
finish at the Texoma Super Open.
